I think he looks like Hailey. And Thomas looks the exact same as his baby picture. Too cute.
He's got Mom's eyes and Dad's nose, but you can definitely tell that he is closely related to Thomas and Hailey. So cute!

I'm gonna agree with Janet...definitely looks like Dad, and Hailey, but I also see features from Mom and Thomas. But, let's answer the really important questions, which is "how cute is Colin". To which I say "exceptionally."
